Rene Bystron

CEO of DeltaGen

Rene Bystron is the CEO of DeltaGen, which he co-founded in 2024. Today, he leads the company as it helps B2B sales teams answer technical questions and guide discovery during live customer calls.

His work building ai LaMo, an app for learning to use generative AI that he co-founded in 2023, shaped the idea behind DeltaGen: making AI useful within everyday workflows without requiring people to master prompting. DeltaGen joined the Techstars Workforce Development Accelerator in 2024.

Earlier in his career, Rene worked as a project leader at Boston Consulting Group and founded and led Meltingpot Forum, an international discussion forum at Colours of Ostrava in the Czech Republic. He holds a bachelor's degree from Yale University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

His name also appears as René Bystroň in Czech publications.
